Callanswer24 provides a 14-day Free trial for all its packages which allows the users to try our services free of cost without any credit card or payment hassles. Once the trial is over, we start to charge clients on the basis of qualified leads or predefined packages.

Refunds are only processed for a specified term in case a severe service error has been committed on our part for example chat support goes offline or an agent does not respond to chats appropriately. Refund cases are dealt with very carefully and you are requested to send an email to refunds@Callanswer24.com with a detail of why the refund claim is made. It normally takes 48 hours for us to process refund requests once details have been submitted.
